Service Description
We provide dependable transportation services throughout Charlotte and surrounding areas. Whether you need airport transportation, corporate travel, special event transportation, or private rides, we are committed to delivering a comfortable, professional, and punctual experience. A minimum booking of 3 hours is required for all transportation services.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be confirmed in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may receive a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to charges. Waiting & Overtime: Your chauffeur will remain available throughout your reserved service period. Should your reservation exceed the scheduled end time, service will automatically continue based on availability and will be billed at the next full hourly increment. No-Show Policy: Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup time without notice will result in a full charge. Delays & Liability: While we strive for punctuality, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
