Booking & Payment :
All reservations must be confirmed in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation Policy :
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may receive a full or partial refund. Late cancellations may be subject to charges.
Wait Time Policy :
All reservations include a reasonable grace period for standard pickup delays. This allows us to accommodate minor schedule variations while maintaining reliable service for all clients.
Extended delays beyond the included grace period may result in adjustments to the scheduled service duration or overall trip rate to ensure availability and operational efficiency
No-Show Policy :
Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup time without notice will result in a full charge.
Delays & Liability :
While we strive for punctuality, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

All services are conducted in accordance with local and state regulations to ensure passenger safety.
