At Dee Wade Global Transportation, we are a reservation-based, non-metered luxury chauffeur service, not a rideshare!

- What does that mean?
Your reservation is based on reserved chauffeur time, not mileage or surge pricing. In accordance with Charlotte’s Passenger Vehicles for Hire (PVH) regulations, non-metered services are billed with a one-hour minimum reservation.
​
Whether you’re heading to the airport, an executive meeting, a special event, or a private appointment, you’ll receive a dedicated chauffeur focused on providing a safe, comfortable, and professional experience from pickup to drop-off.

Example: Hourly Chauffeur Service
$175 per hour
•One-hour minimum reservation
• All services are prearranged in accordance with Charlotte PVH regulations.
• The reservation is billed by reserved chauffeur time, not mileage.

Rates and charges for a nonmetered vehicle will be established in one-hour increments with a minimum one-hour period without regard to whether the trip requires less than one hour or not.
Booking & Payment :
All reservations must be confirmed in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless alternative payment arrangements have been approved in advance.
Cancellation Policy :

Cancellations must be at least 24 hours of the reservation service time.
No-Show Policy :
Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup time without notice will result in a full charge.

While we strive for punctuality, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.​

​Safety & Compliance :
All services are conducted in accordance with local and state regulations to ensure passenger safety.
